A major credit card will be obtained to reserve your scheduled appointment.
Please be advised as service costs may change without notice.
Cancellations

If you are unable to make your appointment please call the spa at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
All appointments missed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full value of the scheduled service.

We at Bella Mano love children! Unfortunately, we are unable to provide child care. For their safety and courtesy of all our guests we ask that you make alternate arrangements while visiting us.
Returns

Returns are accepted within
14 days of purchase for product credit. Product must NOT be opened. Any opened product will not be accepted for return.

We accept all major credit cards and cash. No personal or business checks will be accepted.
Gratuities are not accepted on credit cards.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards
Gift Cards may be redeemed for services provided or retail purchases. Gift Cards must be presented for redemption. Gift Cards are equivilant to cash, Bella Mano is NOT responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

As a courtesy to all our guests we ask that all electronic devices be turned to silent upon entering our spa.

While we understand that circumstances can arise, we will always do our best to accommodate. If an unforeseen occurrence should cause our guests to be late please understand that we will only be able to provide the scheduled service with the time remaining upon arrival. Full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.
